Six services. Four decades of doing them right.
Each section below explains exactly what’s included, how the process works, and what to expect — so you can call us already knowing what you need.
Carpet Steam Cleaning
What it is: Truck-mounted hot-water extraction — the industry term for “steam cleaning.” We pump 200°F water and an eco-safe pre-treatment deep into the carpet fibers,
then immediately extract it back out with high-vacuum suction, pulling the embedded dirt out with it.
What gets removed: Embedded soil and grit that vacuums miss, pet dander, dust mites, allergens, food and drink stains, traffic-lane darkening, and most pet accidents (treated with
enzymatic neutralizer rather than masked with perfume).
What to expect: A typical 3-bedroom home takes 90 minutes to 2 hours. Carpets are walkable immediately and fully dry in 4–6 hours. Solutions are non-toxic and pet- and
child-safe the moment we leave.
- ✓ Truck-mounted commercial extraction (not portable units)
- ✓ Pre-treatment for traffic lanes and tough stains included
- ✓ Enzymatic pet-odor and stain neutralization
- ✓ Optional Scotchgard-style carpet protector add-on
- ✓ Carpets dry in 4–6 hours
- ✓ 14-day spot-return guarantee — if a spot comes back, we re-clean free
Tile & Grout Cleaning
What it is: Deep cleaning of tile floors with a focus on the grout lines — the porous channels between tiles where dirt and moisture work their way in and refuse to come out
with household mopping.
How it works: We use a high-pressure (up to 1,200 psi) hot-water vapor head with a contained vacuum shroud, paired with alkaline degreasers built specifically for grout. Years of
buildup lift out in one pass, and the rinse water gets extracted on the spot — no puddles, no overspray.
What it restores: Discolored, darkened, or mildewed grout. Soap scum, hard-water residue, food spills, kitchen grease, and mold staining around bathroom fixtures.
Optional add-on: Grout sealing locks the surface and dramatically slows re-staining. Highly recommended for kitchens and bathrooms — one application typically lasts
2–3 years.
- ✓ Up to 1,200 psi hot-water vapor extraction
- ✓ Restores discolored, darkened, or mildewed grout lines
- ✓ Removes soap scum, hard-water residue, kitchen grease
- ✓ Optional grout sealing for 2–3 year stain resistance
- ✓ Safe for ceramic, porcelain, and most natural stone (stone gets a different chemistry — we identify and adjust)
- ✓ Bathrooms, kitchens, foyers, mudrooms, commercial floors
Vinyl Refinishing
What it is: Multi-step restoration of vinyl flooring that’s lost its shine. Vinyl — whether luxury vinyl plank (LVP), luxury vinyl tile (LVT), vinyl composition tile (VCT),
or sheet vinyl — collects a stubborn film of old wax, ground-in dirt, and dulled finish that household cleaners can’t break through.
How it works: Three steps: (1) chemical strip of the old wax and finish layer, (2) deep clean of the underlying vinyl surface (including grooved
or textured planks where dirt collects), (3) application of a fresh commercial-grade sealer or wax that restores the original sheen and protects against the next round of wear.
What it’s good for: High-traffic kitchens, basements, mudrooms, and commercial spaces (offices, retail, salons, medical waiting rooms) where the vinyl has gone dull or sticky. Far
cheaper than replacement, and one refinishing typically lasts 1–2 years depending on traffic.
- ✓ Strips old wax, polish, and embedded grime in one pass
- ✓ Deep cleaning of grooved or textured plank surfaces
- ✓ Fresh commercial-grade sealer or wax application
- ✓ Restores original color, shine, and slip resistance
- ✓ Works on LVP, LVT, VCT, and sheet vinyl
- ✓ Result holds 1–2 years — a fraction of replacement cost
24/7 Emergency Response
Water emergency? Don’t wait.
Mold can develop within 24 hours of standing water. Call now — a truck-mounted crew is dispatched fast across South Jersey.
Water Damage Restoration
What it is: 24-hour emergency response to water intrusion of any kind — burst pipes, basement flooding, dishwasher or washer overflow, sump pump failure, storm and roof leak
damage. We answer the phone any hour, and a crew with truck-mounted extraction equipment is dispatched immediately.
Why speed matters: Mold begins forming on wet drywall, carpet, and subfloor within 24–48 hours of standing water. The longer water sits, the larger the eventual repair
becomes. Same-day extraction frequently saves walls, flooring, and personal property that would otherwise need full replacement.
The full process: (1) Extract all standing water with truck-mounted vacuum systems. (2) Set up industrial air movers and dehumidifiers to dry the
structure. (3) Apply antimicrobial treatment to prevent mold and bacteria. (4) Take daily moisture readings until materials are confirmed dry. (5) Provide
complete photo and moisture documentation for your insurance carrier.
- ✓ 24/7 emergency dispatch — live answer, no answering service
- ✓ Truck-mounted high-volume water extraction
- ✓ Industrial air movers and dehumidifiers
- ✓ Antimicrobial and anti-mildew treatment
- ✓ Full photo and moisture-reading documentation for insurance claims
- ✓ Direct billing to insurance carrier when applicable
Upholstery Cleaning
What it is: Fabric-safe deep cleaning of furniture and mattresses. Sofas, sectionals, recliners, dining chairs, ottomans, headboards, mattresses, and area rugs all hold years of
body oils, pet dander, food and drink spills, dust mites, and odors that fabric refresheners only mask.
Why a professional matters: Most DIY upholstery cleaners either don’t penetrate enough to reach embedded dirt, or oversaturate the fabric and damage padding, wood frames, or
fabric backing. Our technicians identify the fabric type first (cotton, linen, polyester, microfiber, leather, wool blends each clean differently) and select the matching process before touching the
piece.
The four-step process: (1) Light misting with fabric-appropriate solution. (2) Agitation to lift surface dirt and break up oils.
(3) Mini-extraction with low-moisture suction — no oversaturation. (4) Protective re-mist with an antimicrobial enzymatic treatment that neutralizes odors at the
source (not perfume cover-up). Drying takes 2–4 hours typically.
- ✓ Fabric identification and process matched per piece
- ✓ Four-step process — no oversaturation, no fabric damage
- ✓ Enzymatic pet-odor and stain neutralization
- ✓ Antimicrobial treatment included
- ✓ Safe for kids, pets, and sensitive sleepers (mattresses)
- ✓ Sofas, sectionals, chairs, mattresses, headboards, area rugs
Commercial Cleaning
Who it’s for: Offices, restaurants, salons, medical and dental practices, hotels, retail spaces, schools, places of worship, and property managers. When your floors are part of
the customer experience, the cleaning standard has to be higher than what your in-house cleaning crew can provide.
How we schedule: Around your hours, not ours. Overnights, weekends, holiday closures, slow seasons — whatever keeps your space operational. For 24-hour businesses (hotels,
healthcare), we work in zones so one area stays usable while we clean another.
Service options: One-time jobs are welcome (pre-event prep, post-construction clean, lease turnover). For ongoing needs, we offer maintenance contracts — monthly, quarterly,
or annual rotations covering carpet, tile, vinyl, and upholstery on schedule. One vendor, one invoice, one phone call when something needs attention.
Credentials: Bonded, fully insured. Certificate of insurance provided on request for property managers and corporate accounts. Four decades of references from South Jersey
businesses happily provided.
- ✓ Overnight, weekend, and off-hours scheduling
- ✓ Recurring maintenance contracts (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- ✓ Commercial-grade equipment — no business interruption
- ✓ Carpet, tile, vinyl, upholstery — one vendor, one invoice
- ✓ Bonded, fully insured, COI provided on request
- ✓ Property management and multi-location pricing available
